Blueberries

You can pick your own fresh blueberries in July at our farm. Typically, they ripen the second week in July but always check our website and social media for specific dates and times when we are open.

Blueberries are nutritious and delicious, and easy to pluck off the large bushes. Pick them only when plump and dark blue; the purple ones are not yet ripe.

Blueberries need acidic soil to grow, so it takes us years to amend the pH and to build up the rich soil they love.
