What is a Cider Brat?

Most people think it’s a bite of heaven!
We partnered with Bavaria Sausage to add our fresh apple cider into their wonderful traditional bratwurst.
On weekends we grill them and soak them again in our fresh hot cider. Colonial Bakery makes the best Brat buns in town, and we top it all off with a relish of diced apples & onions cooked in cider.
