We feel we are just temporary stewards of this land, and we try to leave it in better condition than when we started. Our children feel safe to eat the fruit right out of the berry patch or off the tree because we know how much care is taken to grow it.

We practice low-spray farming using only the minimum prevention required. You may find a few more weeds or a blemish on the apple skin, but we feel that the environmental cost is not worth trying to make it all look “100% perfect”.
God didn’t make us perfect, so why should we mess up His work with lots of chemicals.
