    Harvest Sausage Casserole

    1/2 lb smoked sausage, cut into 1/2 inch slices.
    2 medium sized firm apples, peel, core & slice
    1/4 cup onion, chopped.
    1 can 15oz great northern beans, rinse and drain.
    Combine sausage, apples, onion and beans in casserole dish.
    1/3 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    1 tsp prepared mustard
    dash of cinnamon
    whisk ketchup, syrup, mustard and cinnamon, and pour over apples and sausage.
    Toss to coat evenly.
    Bake covered 40 minutes.
    Stir before serving.
